The Secondary Assistant, in conjunction with the Secondary Leadership Team, will use the School’s Aims and Core Values in developing and improving teaching and learning, planning and implementation in consultation with colleagues across the whole school
They will collaboratively plan with Tutors and other specialist teachers across the whole School. Ensure there is a safe, challenging learning environment and attractive, welcoming classrooms. Ensure all students in the school are set challenging, achievable and motivational targets and that assessment and reporting is of high quality and effectively communicated.
Our Secondary School consists of KS3 & KS4 classes with multiple form entry.
