Are you an experienced, flexible and Admin Assistant with exceptional interpersonal skills, seeking a challenging new opportunity? If so, you will be interested in this fantastic opportunity to take our state-of-the art international school through our next stage of development.

The Opportunity

The role is due to start from August 2025.

You will be instrumental in providing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the efficient running of support functions across the school, assisting daily administrative needs and activities.

In particular, candidates should meet the following technical profile:

  • Issue relevant lanyards and car stickers for staff and contractors as necessary after liaising with the admissions team and keep an accurate record.
  • Assist parents with their requests regarding the purchase of school uniforms and assure that all students have theirs with the beginning of each term.
  • Provide reprographics as requested by the Heads of Primary and Secondary or by the Head of Marketing
  • Cover for admin staff during periods of holiday/absence as requested.
  • Manage the school’s lost and found.
  • Assist with the organization of events.
  • Collect data for ministries if and when necessary.
  • Photocopying and administration support
  • Support roles at peak times and for cover for breaks and holidays.

In addition, the personal qualities we are looking for include:

  • Fluent English speaker – Arabic is an asset.
  • A professional manner and appearance.
  • Friendly, warm personality.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage tasks.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive, professional attitude.
  • IT skills to include: Excel, Proficient use of Word, Powerpoint, Outlook.

About the School

United School International is a newly founded school on the prestigious Pearl Development in Doha, Qatar, a residential development reclaimed from the Arabian Gulf. Because of its position, its beautiful architecture and facilities, the Pearl is one of the most desirable locations for both expatriate and local Qatar families in the city.
