I have been teaching IGCSE, A Level and IB in international schools in Kuwait, Shanghai, and Doha since 2011. I specialise in textiles and printmaking and have extensive teaching experience in fine arts, sculpture and fashion. I have a personal interest in theatre set design having done voluntary work for the Kuwait Youth Theatre. I really enjoy sharing my passion of art and love of learning with the USI community.

I have been teaching at KS3 level in Qatar since 2016. I specialise in Ceramic design and have extensive experience in teaching fine arts and design. I have also previously taught English to year 7 and 8 as well as GCSE level in South Africa. I have been head of KS3 and worked in management over the past 7 years, in Qatar. I am also an accredited dialogue works trainer for philosophy for children. I have a keen interest in the arts and enjoy working with young people to develop their creative skills. I look forward to sharing my passion and love for learning with you all.

I began my teaching career as a secondary Spanish and French teacher in the UK before moving to Spain for three years to teach English across all key stages. I have spent the past seven years as a Spanish teacher, leading a primary Modern Foreign Languages department in Doha. I am very passionate about teaching and learning and always looking for ways to make lessons more fun, engaging and accessible to all.
