My teaching career has enabled me to share my passion for languages with learners from various age groups in different countries in the Middle East and the United Kingdom. I find the international education sector an exciting field of practice that enriches a practitioner’s experience, and I strive to deliver excellence, placing students at the heart of a rewarding job.

10 years' experience

I am a teacher with 9 years’ experience teaching Arabic and Islamic studies. I have highly developed skills in classroom management and in using innovative teaching methods, monitoring students’ progress, preparing schemes of work to incorporate developments and teaching guidance, I coordinate and lead developments across a wide range of different subject areas. I regularly seek new challenges and volunteer for new job roles.

Qualiications

BA in Child Education, Petra University of Jordan.
I have completed countless educational courses related to Arabic and e-learning, such as the Teacher Training Certificate from Queen Rania Academy in Jordan.

5 years' experience

I was born and raised in Qatar and am very familiar with the education and schools in the country. I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a teacher. I always aim to expand my knowledge and experience so that my education is a window into the world for the students I teach. It's a career that allows you to be creative and work with a variety of different people, with a fresh start to each school day.

11+ years of work experience, including 2 years as school counsellor and psychologist.

I graduated as a Master in Psychology in 2011 and started my professional career within international companies, where I was managing and supporting employees using my general and cross-cultural psychological skills.

After gaining experience in an international environment, I decided to follow my passion and started a work as a psychologist at a Primary and High School in Warsaw, Poland. In my daily work I combine my experience with knowledge about psychology and children's education.

I graduated from The Hotel Institute Montreux (HIM), Switzerland in Hospitality & Business Management and returned to Qatar where my parents lived and worked. To find a work-life balance, I focused mainly on Business Management and decided to take up Administration and HR on a full-time basis. I completed a training course in HRM and a few others in Administration. Over these years, I’ve enjoyed being in a supportive role that gave me the opportunity to work in different industries and engage with a lot of people thus helping me constantly develop my skills.
